Working with HD and SD in same project.

I'm currently cutting a reel for someone and am working with an assortment of different video types with varying resolutions and framerates. The highest quality footage is 720 24p but I have just about every flavor of SD footage as well.

What's the best way to set up a project to house all these different types of footage? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
