You don't say what version you're using, but either way,
my recommendation is to subscribe to Lynda.com.
It's only $25/mo. and they have some great tutorials on Premiere. Premiere is a bit complicated.

Also Wrigley Video has some great free tutorials:

The new CS3 version has an export to YouTube format as a Preset, which makes it very easy.
