quadro fx3500 vs fx1500
by nick on Nov 16, 2007 at 11:20:20 pm

hey guys
im building a new workstation for premiere cs3 on winXP with HD editing in mind. adobe.com has a list of various supported gfx cards, but the price gaps are pretty huge between some of them. so my question is: is there any reason to get the quadro fx3500 over the quadro fx1500? i've only seen performance comparisons with 3d rendering applications, so i'm not sure what the gain would be in terms of video. the fx3500 is about $400 more right now.
thanks!
nick
