From the research i've been doing on companies' websites that's what i've been seeing.
Right now i am leaning towards the BMD Decklink HD Extreme, it says that it supports Premiere Pro and FCP as well as After Effects and other graphic programs.
It talks about its Uncompressed codec working in real-time. have you had any experience working with this?
I'm basically looking for the best way to work in uncompressed and reduce my rendering as much as possible. I was originally looking at the AJA Kona card since it has Hardware acceleration for FCP, but now that Premiere is in my work flow (mainly because of after effects), it doesn't seem like the Kona card is the best choice for working in both edit programs.
Thanks
