3GPP out of PP2???

hey creative gurus,

any way to export a 3gpp file out of pp2?

I usually use ProCoder to convert wmv files to 3gpp (quicktimes) but for some reason it's not allowing me to change the audio to an AMR-NB (speech) encode, it's only allowing the AAC-LC (music) encode. I know the latter's better, but i'm following strict guidelines.

Any other programs any of you use for this type of encoding process?
