Hello, I am having the same problem. Premiere Pro was working fine on this computer. I opened a project I had stored on an external hard drive and it shut down. Since then I have not been able to get it to work for me. I have disabled all of the audio codec and it still shuts down on me. The external hard drive is not connected any longer. I have also deleted the prefs file and started the application holding the shift key. It shuts down when the Write_On.aex loads.

Does anyone have an idea of what I can try? I am out of town for 4 weeks and had planned to catch up on my editing. My software is at home...
