Can Decklink capture all 4-channels of audio from Digital Betacam at once?

We can't seem to figure out how to capture all four channels from Digital Betacam to our Decklink/Premiere Pro 2.0 rig. Can it do it in one pass?
Will any other application and or hardware combo do it?
