Baz is right, I don't and haven't got to the program project window. The program quits loading after the "write_on.aex" initializes.
You said "What I did was open the control panel and disable the audio codecs, confirm PPro would open all the way and the while PPro was running go and re-enable the codecs."
I don't know how to disable the audio codecs. When I go to "Sounds" there are Sound Playbacks, Sound Recording and Midi Playback controls. How does one disable the audio codec(s)? Do you go to the soundplayback Advanced Tab and select No Speakers? Or ???
