We know for a fact that Adobe's up to something -- they've talked about a new release of the Studio for Intel Macs this year, which means a new Studio.
And if you read my Soundbooth article a discussion with one of Adobe product managers, he too talks about a 2007 release. Here's the link:

Now that doesn't mean it's coming at NAB -- certainly Adobe has enough critical mass to release whenever they're ready and make a big, big splash...but I'd be willing to bet on at least a showing of something.
Please note that I have precisely zero inside knowledge on this -- just reading the press releases and tea leaves.
