Automate to sequence

I am trying to make a 720 x 576 pixels movie with a series of 3072 x 2304 pixels pictures using the Automate to sequence command. The resulting sequence only takes a quarter of the pictures and does not resize them. The same operation using 2048 x 1536 px pictures had worked pretty fine. There is probably a parameter that I have not properly set but I dont know which one. I would appreciate your help in this matter.
