Thanks for the response. Right now I am just exporting to DVD for reivew of FX and give copies to sound guy and music guy for review. I plan on encoding outside of Premiere when I do the actual DVD. I changed my DVD settings from 23.97 to 29.97 non-drop frame and now everything syncs up and the video looks good.
