It would be instructive to try capturing using Scenalyzer Live from www.scenalyzer.com. Free try before buy puts watermark on clips, but otherwise is fully functional. Get the v4 beta.

That way we can hopefully find out whether this is a Premiere issue or something to do with your computer.
