Although at least one tech at Sony Pro support is very helpful, they have not been able to fix anything - they are forwarding my complaint emails to "management and engineering". Nothing else is happening.

I'm pretty bitter about the situation.

I see that two years ago Juan Martinez made some posts here on the cow - but nothing since.

Very disappointing.
