@Premiere Pro Basics (CS6 & above): 13 Timecode & Playhead

Hi Andrew!
I use AVCHD MTS files, sc5.5 has AVCHD Sequence Preset for it at 50p 1080x1920 pal but CS6 doesnt, also all my files have no sound, do you have any idea what I'm doing wrong or it's back to cs5.5 for me.
Any help would be amazing!
