Your code didn't come through to good, you might try pasting it in the message box, highlighting and then clicking the CODE button to convert it for the post.
You might double check a couple things
1) Your videos are optimized for progressive download.
2) Your videos are at the right URL.
Generally, a quick way to test these two things is put the URL of your video in your browser and go to it. If it plays right away without having to download the entire movie first you should be good to go.
