But with storage, yes I would expect you would have to purchase Maxx Digital Storage just like if you went with another Shared Storage solution from a hard drive vendor. That would include their storage solution.

Yes, we've had all 6 workstations playing and editing with exact same clip. That was a major part of our testing to ensure the whole system would work correctly. We're accessing the same clip across multiple workstations now as a part of our day to day workflow. No issues.
