Oliver, why videos are sometimes not seen...

We have found that in our experience, some users use so many pop-up ad blockers and anti-spyware filtering software on their machines that it causes "pre-emptive" filtering on all kinds of content.

Also, in most all the other cases when this is not due to filters, it is a firewall problem.

Unfortunately, neither of these is in our control and so we can do nothing about them. The files are online and they are working as they should.
