Hi Sam,
What shots specifically? To my eye, it seems like the bulk of the frozen time effects were shot practically. Occasionally they may have comped a still (the guy falling down the stairs) or camera tracked in some 3d elements (the floating money and the papers mid air) but the bulk of the shots looked like they had girls just stand still.

ps. at 1:18 you can see the camera track slip and the floating money not tracking properly. Ha!
