Blender to After Effects Exporter has been approved by Blender Authorities and went to "Contributors" repository.
If it gets positive response from users and developers - chances are that it will become a part of Blender.

If you want to have this tool inside Blender without having to download it and install separately, please leave a comment in this thread at BA forum:

Add-On has been updated to Blender 2.60, major improvements were added, such as performance in After Effects, support for camera sensor size or ability to export camera tracking bundles ("Tomato" branch).
