To 5D Mark II or to 5D Mark III?

You may have read this a million times over...but just need an opinion to my plight.

I currently shoot a ton of DSLR video. My weapon of choice are 2 60Ds (Magic Lantern). Right now I am looking for a hero camera and when I heard the 5D3 came out, I got real excited. Now I am hearing mixed things really pertaining to the video improvements vs the price.

In all honestly is it worth the 3,500 price tag or would a refurbished 5D2 for 1700 be a better option?

I shoot: A lot of BTS, interviews (with external sound), an low budget music videos.

The 5D III doesn't come back in stock to my store of choice until Tuesday, so I got the weekend to think.
