Steadicam/glidecam reco's

Hey all, looking for recommendations for a stabilizer system for my 5D, it would be great if it could handle my Sony EX1 as well.
Also curious how people have gotten around having a proper remote focus system, especially with the 5D's DOF, or lack thereof.
