Just announced at IBC, Amsterdam, 10th September 2010,
Sony Vegas Pro 10 supports
preview of Closed Caption,
easy editing, on the fly time-stamping,
web captioning, Line 21 decode and encode,
VANC decode and encode,
print to tape with Line21 or VANC,
many caption file formats import and export etc.
These make Sony Vegas Pro 10 as a stand-alone offline Captioning System.
