Hi Kevin,

That's exactly what it was - Greg with Calibrated came to the rescue and helped determine that was the issue.

The strange thing was that I only had installed one of the codecs and everything was working fine. Once I updated to the latest server version, it stopped working and I got the white screens.

Then, I updated the other two codecs and everything was fine. Greg said he was working on a chart of codecs/OS's and other conditions that will show customers what codec is needed for specific workflows.
