On Lion, it's hidden, use the Finder's "Go" menu and select:


Go>Go to folder... and that'll let you type what you need. If you enter:

~/Library

You'll get to the Library folder.

However, if you're on v9, you can just go to Tools>Export Preferences and save them out and swap that file between machines. (Thanks Rolf!)
