Now I always thought Ultrascope was meant to run on its own PC - so i'm guessing this guy would run just fine on any USB3 pc laptop that meets the system spec.

You know the blackmagic guys give a lot of love to Windows with driver and device support. I wonder if the reason for no PC davinci is because it's easier to port code Linux > Mac rather than Linux > Windows?
