If Desktop Video is installed, then Resolve normally MUST see that card in Resolve Preferences. Are you sure you can't drop down the Video Capture Hardware menu and see it?

If there is really nothing displayed in the drop down menu except None, then my next suggestion would be to reinstall Resolve, and hope that fixes the issue.

Do you have the DeckLink card in the Mac or in the expansion chassis? I wouldn't expect that to matter, but just curious.
