You could pull it off with only 1 DL extreme 3d, and 1 HDLink pro, though the implementation is pretty messy:

DL card (with 3dLUT1)-> - SDI1 - Displ1
DL card (with 3dLUT1)-> - SDI2 -> HDlinkPro (with 3dLUT2) - Displ2

3dLUT2 profile would of course be generated on top of 3dLUT1. At 10 bit, this may/may not cause a bit of banding, will drift much faster, and will also be a PITA to correct for. But theoretically its an option.
