Well the dual link hd-sdi card is pretty much a must have. For calibration, you can adjust the 10 point system by hand through the remote, but some software will also let you connect to it through Ethernet and do manual adjustments over a software interface or manually. Obviously you'd need a probe and software.

More detailed profiling and LUTs would require a DAVIO box. I do not recommend using an HDLink to send picture. For whatever reason it just doesn't look anywhere near as good.
