Hello,

We just received our Da Vinci, and I've got a question regarding the conform workflow.

We have some Final Cut's and one Avid for the editing. Each workstations has its own storage.

And we have a da vinci with a fast san.

my question is, i'd like to avoid to copy the whole rushes to the da vinci san to conform. I'd prefer to copy only the "used" rushes.

I think i have an idea for final cut/prores workflow. But for the red/final cut and avid i didn't figure it out.

We are used to an eQ, which work like a flame, it imports the footage to the san while conforming. Whereas the da vinci works directly with the footage without import.

If someone has the answer it'll be nice

Thanks.
