Resolve 8.2 -> FCP X xml 1.1 import bug

1) New project
2) Load movie in scene detector
3) Cut movie into scenes and split to browser
4) Create Master session and Default session 1
5) Export Default session 1 as FCP X xml 1.1 file
6) Try to import xml file into FCP X
7) FCP X shows pop-up: "Element sequence content does not follow the DTD, expecting (note?, spine), got"

Exporting as FCP X xml 1.0 seems to work fine.

Does anybody know how you can report this kind of bugs to BlackMagic ? On their website I couldn't find an email address or form.
