You can use a batch process script in AE. If all clips are more or less the same... Camera, Subject, ISO, etc. then you can create an effect profile in AE and run a batch process (applying that profile to all clips) to get a mass clip run into the render que and then take a two week vacation while you wait for all the clips to render. Neat is slow...but very, very good. It literally has save unusable shots for me in the past.
