Customer Service

My thanks to the customer service team at MOTU. One of my V4 units malfunctioned, quite possibly through my own error, but there was no waiting to figure out what had happened, MOTU simply replaced the unit with another one. As far as I can tell, they shipped the new unit the same day they received my old one, and it was back in service in time for my next shoot.

My client is happy.... I'm happy. Thanks MOTU!
