Hi Roger,

I did a repair, it said it completed successfully, but had this

SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent" has been modified and will not be repaired.

in the report, I dont know if coreservices have anything to do with coremelt!

it did not work, so I created a new admin level user account and logged in to that, installed, and again, no joy... very frustrating given this is a completely fresh OSX install, all the latest FCP and OSX patches applied first, the latest FXFactory... odd.

any further tricks or suggestions very welcome!
