Sprint Wait Less Commercials

Anybody know what programs they used to achieve the visual effects in these sprint Commercials?
I have a client that wants to imitate them as close as possible. Thanks for any help.

A cut is a cut & a dissolve is a disolve, and not just anybody with a system is a pro.
