Tim - I set up a Windows box, and the monitor works in 3D. I did notice, however, that when I output Line by Line Interlaced in FCP, each interleaved row looks like it is too thick. I think this is why the 3D is failing.
Here is a screenshot from the RAW 1920x1200 output to the monitor. I zoomed in on the image in Photoshop and it's clear that each line is 2 pixels high.
My source, however, are two clips of
strange Sony 60i content somehow stored at 30p (in ProRes LT). I wonder if that is the reason I'm getting this strange line by line interleaving doubling.
I need to retest with progressive source footage.
(Incidentally, the 3D looks fine in anaglyph and side-by-side).
