Using the Samsung TV as a second monitor with a DVI to HDMI cable works. Then in FCP you need to use the digital cinema desktop to play the video full screen on the TV. To get S3D to work with this, you'll need to use side-by-side S3D and set the TV to look for a side-by-side signal. You can create a side-by-side timeline in FCP or AE by hand (which isn't as hard as it sounds in FCP or AE) or you can use Dashwood or if you can afford it Cineform Neo 3D is a great tool.
While you can use the TV as a monitor, I'm with Gary in recommending using a card like a Kona to play out to the TV. It's just hard to trust color and such with FCP's digital cinema output.
