Can I use a 3D TV as a monitor for video editing?

I plan on video editing my 3D footage with the latest version of Sony Vegas, and I was wondering if I could use a 3D TV (more precisely, a LG LW5600) as a monitor during editing? If so, how should I plug it and what settings should I use? I really couldn't find anything about this online.
