Where can we get tutorials or education

we are looking to get this in our next roll out for 2010. While our IT guys are confident that they will be able to work it out it would be great to be ahead of them.

i create all the marketing pieces for this and the visuals so it stands to reason that i need to know as much as they do.

Does anyone know of places to get started on the education and how to use SL?
