This is 110 sq ft a private studio with a large window. It has been used by a music producer with a Protools setup. There is room in the space for two desks. This is in a suite comprising four separate studios, housing filmmakers, a composers and music producers. We all work separately but collaborate frequently so it would have to be the right fit. There is a common area with a kitchenette, table and chairs, small couch, good for meetings or hanging out. This is a 24/7 commercial elevator building, We are on the ninth floor.
