On The Scene Productions has not paid me in 9 months

I am a freelance sound mixer here in NYC . Worked for On The Scene Productions in Dec 2008 , Still have not been paid . Called them many time, sent emails ,nothing seems to work . The job I did is posted on there website as an example of their work ,if you can believe that. Camera op I worked with warned me they would try not to pay me after the job . STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!
