Looking for USA/EUROPEAN clients!

Hi, I have a production company in CURACAO (N.A.). We do 2d cartoon and 3d logo & character animations. Lots of TV spots and HD for the regional cinamas.
We have a resonable portofollio and a website.

We did some international brands but always local distributers as clients. So far no international clients.

Future plans are to look for clients in Europe and the USA.

What would be the best way to go about this? Target Adevertising companies or production companies? Or Broadcast agencies?

Or maybe a total different strategie?

I know there are plenty of animators in USA working for European broadcasters.

I know its a tuff business but it can be done.
