No, Toxik does not import/export masking setups or any setup from Combustion. One thing you have to remember is Toxik was written to work in float environment natively where Combustion clamps color information over 1. So that is where setups such as color correction get a little tricking to import and export. Also the masking tools are different from Combustion. In Combustion to create edge gradients you have to manipulate the edge control point where there is a mask control point. In Toxik you have independent control points for the mask itself and the variable edge gradients which you will really like once you use them. No more need to add extra control points to a mask just so you can have an edge gradient at that point.

As far as tracking data the current version of Toxik can import the 3d tracking data from Maya only. You can import camera, the trackers, locators and point cloud. The major issue here is you have to have Maya installed on the same system to import the this data. If you have a program such as syntheyes or boujou you could perform your track in those programs and then export them as a Maya track. That also will change in future versions as Autodesk wants to have Toxik working with all its 3d apps using FBX import/export. More on that as it develops.
