Thanks Ian. I downloaded what I believe is the latest FAM software from Sony.
I even installed XDCAM Browser and still no go.

[Ian Cook] "AM 2.3.2 should work with Lion."
Thanks again Ian for getting me going with this :)
Got it working finally.
