possible to rebuild folder structure from MXF file ?

Without getting into the why and how it happened...is it possible to rebuid the folder structure if all what i have left is the MXF file ??? if not, then is there a way to open it in FCP without its proper original folder structure

This was shot an Xdcam HD F700, the client basically just kept the MXF file thinking that he does not need all the other folders...duh!!! there's no audio on this shoot.
