about f900r parameters settings

how are you every one;
please i want to ask if there is any kind of presets for the parameter settings that affect the quality of capturing during the day times dust,daylight and night etc or it just the professional people work and i have to try it my self and if there is any how i can get them .i use sony cinealta f900r.
