How to set up PDW-F355 ??
by Maciej Szkamruk on Oct 26, 2009 at 1:52:15 pm

Hello everyone as this is my first post in here.

We have recently bought an ex-demo F355 and we have a big problem with it. After reading manuals, have some conversation with Sony guys, routine checks etc, our camera acts weird on the field and nobody from neighbourhood can tell us why.
Problems are: how to set up camera to maintain broadcast-safe brightness during shots? Everything looks okay while shooting, zebra is fine etc, but picture crashes after importing.
How to set up camera to make ease expositions while taking stop-motion clips like 1 fps? There's always a lot of flashes and dark frames going on.
And finally: how to set up camera to take slow motion clips? After setting up 50fps, resolution dropped down to 1440x540, and of course bitrate went from 35mbps vbr to 17.5 mbps vbr.

Maybe those are stupid questions but come on! Everyone have to make their first steps :)

Thanks in advance.
