Problem: Anton Bauer Dionic 90w 14.4v Li-Ion Battery

Anton Bauer Dionic 90w 14.4v Li-Ion Battery -

I have these that came with the school's CineAlta 900r. The camera is rejecting them as if they are 'empty' they seem to be almost fully charged. They are 3 years old, and this summer sat around on chargers unused.

Can someone direct me to a source to deal with these or are they dead from age? Maybe I am not reading the LCD indicator correctly. Would appreciate advice. My older AB batteries (that I got for DSR 250s, ) work fine. But these have never worked quite properly or how I expected.
