3D Reversion

I am new here, and I have a project on the go thats driving me crazy. I have an anaglyph 3d movie that I want to realign the red with the blue-green. So as to make a full color 2d video. This video will be the right eye of a full color stereo pair, I already have a full color left eye.
Help would be greatly appreciated.
