3d tracking data - attaching input?

How do you attach a layer to a point in a tracking cloud - similarly to how you would in a shake multiplane?
I have exported the camera into a nuke project from PFTRACk and can see the yellow diamond tracking refernces by viewing the camera node.
How do I position a layer onto this reference point? - and also is there a way to control the size or pan of the image when its attached....
any help much appreciated!
