Hi David. Gnomon has a DVD for Nuke. It is a bit old (version 4.something) But it is still reasonably informative. Also spherevfx.com has a tutorial DVD all about Nuke 3D which looks tempting to me, although I haven't heard firsthand whether it is any good.
Pretty slim pickins unfortunately.
